Shiseido Quick Brand Overview – Caroline Hirons

[ad_1]

If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know that I recently attempted to host a live with Shiseido. Safe to say that Insta did not cooperate in any fashion. It wouldn’t let me add Shiseido, and it also cut me off at one point and wouldn’t allow me to save it. I said that I would add some info on here as the backup, so if you have any questions, please do let me know in the comments.
Shiseido are an old school, powerhouse heritage brand, based in science and technology (thankfully). You will find no faff here. A few of my favourite choices are listed below.

Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate £83 / 50ml

This updated version of the original Ultimune serum is packed full of anti-oxidants such as reishi mushroom and iris root. This helps to aid suppleness of the skin, while leaving it smooth to the touch and noticeably more radiant. Use it as a serum under your moisturiser, and it can comfortably be used by any skin type, condition and tone. Suitable for pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Ultimune Power Infusing Eye Concentrate £58

This is like the Concentrate’s little sister, specifically for your eyes. All the great benefits and ingredients, in a hydrating yet lightweight texture, designed specifically to target dryness, wrinkles, dark circles, puffiness and loss of resilience (baggy skin anyone?).
Use AM and PM for best results. Suitable for all.

Vital Perfection Intensive WrinkleSpot Treatment £90

This treatment can help to reduce the look of wrinkles, smile lines and dark spots. It will also help to hydrate and plump your skin, so is great if you have signs of ageing (don’t we all?!) that you do not like. you can apply directly to the area ‘of concern’.

Complete Cleansing Microfoam Cleanse + Remove £40

When I talk about not liking foaming cleansers, it’s newer foaming models like this that are the exception to the rule. This cleanser has a texture like no other. The unique oil-in-foam formula removes makeup, dirt and SPF without stripping the skin – brilliant for first or second cleanse. It will leave your skin feeling soft and smooth, not tight and dry!

Extra Rich Cleansing Milk £40

Purely for texture preference, this is a lovely cleanser, and particularly good for dehydrated skins, also removes makeup, dirt and SPF – whilst protecting the skin’s barrier. This also leaves your skin feeling comfortable and not stripped.

Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream £62

This is Shiseido’s best-selling eye cream in the UK. It is a lightweight cream texture that absorbs instantly. It works on firming, plumping and smoothing the area, reducing the look of your laughter lines around the eye contour area. It’s intensely hydrating and a little goes a long way. Suitable for all, great if you prefer a cream texture.
